Prof. Yan Zhang, University of Oslo, Norway

Yan Zhang is currently a Full Professor with the Department of Informatics, University of Oslo, Norway. His research interests include next-generation wireless networks leading to 6G, green and secure cyber-physical systems. Dr. Zhang is an Editor for several IEEE transactions/magazine. Since 2018, Prof. Zhang has been listed as a Highly Cited Researcher by Clarivate Analytics (i.e., Web of Science). He is Fellow of IEEE, Fellow of IET, elected member of Academia Europaea (MAE), elected member of the Royal Norwegian Society of Sciences and Letters (DKNVS), and elected member of Norwegian Academy of Technological Sciences (NTVA).

Chen Min, Professor and PhD supervisor, School of Computer Science and Engineering, South China University of Technology; IEEE Fellow (International Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers), IET Fellow (British Institute of Engineering and Technology), Google academic citations of more than 39,500 times, H-index=94, awarded 2018,2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 Citation scholar, 23 years old, graduated from the School of Electronics and Communication Engineering, South China University of Technology, and served as a postdoctoral fellow in Seoul National University, South Korea, and the University of British Columbia, Canada; He taught at Seoul National University in 2009. 12 years of overseas high-level talents returned to China, and established HUST embedded and pervasive computing laboratory; He is currently a professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Computer Science in China.

Prof. Celimuge Wu, The University of Electro-communications, Japan 

IEEE senior member


Celimuge Wu received his PhD degree from the University of Electro-Communications, Tokyo, Japan, in 2010. He is a full professor & Director of Meta-Networking Research Center, The University of Electro-Communications. His research interests include Vehicular Networks, Internet-of-Things, Edge Computing, and Application of Machine Learning in Wireless Networking. He has published 200+ papers in reputable journals and conferences. He serves as an associate editor of IEEE Transactions on Cognitive Communications and Networking, IEEE Transactions on Network Science and Engineering, IEEE Transactions on Green Communications and Networking, and IEEE Open Journal of the Computer Society. He also has been a guest editor of IEEE Transaction on Intelligent Transportation Systems, IEEE Transactions on Emerging Topics in Computational Intelligence, IEEE Computational Intelligence Magazine etc. He is a recipient of the 2021 IEEE Communications Society Outstanding Paper Award, 2021 IEEE Internet of Things Journal Best Paper Award, IEEE Computer Society 2020 Best Paper Award, and IEEE Computer Society 2019 Best Paper Award Runner-Up. A. Prof. Dalin Zhang, Aalborg University, Denmark

The Chapter Chair of Computer Society, IEEE Denmark

I am currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science, Aalborg University, Denmark. I am also a faculty member in the Center for Data-Intensive Systems (Daisy) with Prof. Christian S. Jensen. From 2020-2023, I was a tenure-track Assistant Professor at Aalborg University, Denmark. Before joining Aalborg University in Aug 2020, I was pursuing my PhD degree at the School of Computer Science and Engineering, the University of New South Wales Sydney, Australia from Apr 2017 to Apr 2020. I was an Australian Government Research Training Program (RTP) scholarship holder between 2017-2020 (awarded in 2016). My research interest lies in various aspects of data mining for time series and its applications in health management. I have published more than 40 peer-reviewed publications, including SIGMOD, PVLDB, ICDE, AAAI, IJCAI, IMWUT, TMC, TKDE, TCYB etc. I have been serving as the Chapter Chair of Computer Society, IEEE Denmark from 2020 to 2022. I also served as a PC member for top conferences like KDD, AAAI, IJCAI, SDM, CIKM etc.
